I waited to finish my first bottle to review... I have to say first week I hardly noticed any difference in my main issue (the sleepless nights and the hot/cold flashes at night) but after a month I have to say I've been able to stay asleep longer and no hot/cold flashes every day.. I just ordered my second bottle and hope this continues to help.. the taste is good and it is a plus. So far I like the product and I'll recommend it.

I was hoping for so much more from these after reading reviews. I am a 45-year-old mama and I have been experiencing horrible perimenopause symptoms: night sweats, hot flashes, headaches, moodiness, etc. I tried these for about a week or so and haven’t felt any difference. Still having night sweats. I found a few other options though that are finally helping, thankfully.

These have been working great for me. After about two weeks I noticed I had not had a hot flash, and my mood swings definitely have been lessened. I am 51 and deep in the throes of perimenopause and needed some relief that was not HRT. I read up on all the supplements that were considered helpful, and found this brand had the most of the listed. I do wish it was available in a tablet or capsule form, as the gummy bears are tasty (light pineapple flavor to me) but they are very sticky. If you have bad teeth these gummies are going to be rough for you, I already lost a filling to them! But all in all, I am reordering. I took off one star because of the extreme stickiness and that there is no anti-moisture insert to keep them fresh/unstuck.

I like this formulation. It appears to be calming my period, although still not fun to be going through perimenopause. the container is very pretty.

I absolutely love this brand for women’s health products. I’ve bought it multiple times and they work absolutely amazing while tasting great. I highly recommend this to anybody who has mood swings etc as it truly does help!
