This allows for each mattress to be adjusted separately. The dimensions for the 12" Hybrid Twin XL Mattress is: 19" x 19" x 40", and is 75.2 lbs. You will receive two Twin XL mattress boxes, and these dimensions are per box. The bed base size for the split king is also two Twin XL bed bases, which are placed together, allowing each adjustable bed base the capabilities to adjust each mattress separately. The dimensions for the Twin XL bed base is: 42.12" (L) x 39.75" (W) x 8.27" (H), and is 132 lbs. You will receive two Twin XL Bed base boxes, and these dimensions are per box. What kind of bed frame does this bed fit into? We have regular, full size bed frame.

Our adjustable bases are designed to fit into most bed frames. The full size measures 74.4"L x 53.5"W x 14.75"H.
