Can you get spares for this as the shoulder cannon has came off and can't find it anywhere?

Unfortunately not - spares for these things are non existant - if it just broke off, use superglue to repair. If it's lost completely, the only thing you can do is either try and find something on eBay or custom make a piece out of small tubing or similar - you'd need paint and glue though
